CamTap Cydia Tweak For iPhone Gives A Cleaner Appearance To Lock Screen

In the past couple of months I have seen many tweaks being introduced to the Cydia library which let you enhance the lock screen of your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. But what many developers have failed to deliver, is a cleaner and simple look for the lock screen.
To be honest such tweaks only make the lock screen look cluttered which is not what I look for. And I am sure many of my readers would also wish for a cleaner and more sophisticated lock screen which they can flaunt in front of their friends.
Coming to the point now, the Cydia library has been updated with yet another interesting tweak that gladly gives a really simple feel to the lock screen. Called as CamTap, the tweak has been published by Hashband Productions and is available for FREE.
What the tweak does is that it replaces the Slide to Unlock region along with the slider with just a camera button. The camera grabber now replaces the whole slider and makes the lock screen look much neater.
The tweak makes the lock screen really simple and nice to look at, and interestingly it works flawlessly on iOS 6. Having said that, particularly on iOS 6, the tweak does behaves abnormally by displaying the slider along with the text overlapping the new look.
But as long as you are on iOS 5 the tweak should work well without any such bugs. As I mentioned above, the tweak is available for free on Cydia so there is no reason for you to ignore it. The tweak does not have any settings page, so as soon as you install it, it will replace the lock screen slider. To download the same go to Cydia search and enter CamTap.

How To Use CamTap?
To unlock the screen you just have to swipe upwards from the camera button and your device will be unlocked.
