When we were running iOS 6 on our devices there were a handful of tweaks to get the battery information. These applications did come in very handy at times and are considered important when one wants to have complete information about a device’s battery.
Users looking for similar tweaks for iOS 7 may be struggling with the older ones and wondering if they would work on the new version or not. Well the wait and struggle has now come to an end with iBatteryInfoPro. This tweak is available for $0.99 and is hosted on BigBoss repository.
Talking about the features of iBatteryInfoPro, it offers complete battery information, low percentage alerts and auto screen dimming. These are the features one would get for $0.99, however there is a free version of the tweak as well called iBatteryInfo but it does not get low percentage alerts and auto screen dimmer.
Under the General Settings section is the master toggle to enable the tweak. So you must do this first. Below the same is the Toggles section with buttons for both Connect and Disconnect. Enabling these toggles will display the complete battery info when you plug in our plug out the power cable.
Going down further is the Activation Method section which means you can use any Activator gesture to get the battery information on all possible screens. Moving ahead is the Alert Options button which is paid section and is absent on the free version of the tweak.
From under Alert Options you can enable alerts for low battery and even set the minimum level, as well as enable the screen dimmer option. When using these options make sure you hit ‘Apple and Respring’ given at the bottom of the Alert Options page or else the features will not work.
I find the tweak to be awesome and well worth the money. Having said that if you do not want the battery alerts and screen dimmer feature you can go for iBatteryInfo for sure.
