Amid the speculation going on that the iOS 7 jailbreak will not be released before January 2014, the Team Evad3rs has released the untethered Evasi0n iOS 7 – 7.0.4 jailbreak for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices. The jailbreak works on all the iOS versions – 7.0, 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3, 7.0.4 and iOS 7.1 beta 2, and is available for both Windows and Mac operating system.
Saurik, the man behind Cydia, has clarified that the version of Cydia included in this jailbreak is not official, and hence contains bugs. Furthermore, the tweaks available on Cydia depend on Substrate and are not yet compatible with iOS 7, so idevice users will have to wait for the later versions of Evasi0n 7.
NOTE: The Evasi0n 7 - iOS 7 jailbreak is rumoured to have a Chinese connection and it is being said, once jailbroken, your Apple device could start sending private user data to another site. So for the time being, until more information information emerges on the same, I recommend you to stay away from the jailbreak. But users who are not that bothered about it could go ahead with the jailbreak guide provided below.
Step 2: Launch the Evasi0n 7 utility, if you are on Windows launch the program as administrator (right click on the EXE file and select Run As Administrator). Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed or else the Evasi0n 7 won’t launch.

Step 3: Connect your device to the computer using the USB cable and in a short while the Jailbreak button (in the image above) will get highlighted and the name of your device along with the iOS 7 version will be displayed in the upper half.
If the jailbreak button does not get highlighted, close the program and disconnect your device. Now first connect your Apple device via the cable and then run Evasi0n 7 as administrator.
Step 4: Now hit Jailbreak and the tool will work its magic. Your device will be rebooted and you will be asked to tap on the Evasi0n icon added to your homescreen. The device will reboot again and voila, your device is jailbroken now.
Unlock your device and check out the newly installed Cydia, though there is nothing you can do in terms of tweaks as of now. Happy jailbreaking.
